Information on the monitoring of dirty fluids at the Well so as to avoid environmental damage, as well as tracking drill cuttings generated daily and the when where and how much of any spills that occur.

Collect environmental weather conditions on land or offshore rigs.

Mud Data

Information on mud inventory, checks, geology, carbide lag chromatography, gas peak, mud gas and lithology intervals on a daily basis.

Record wellbore trajectory information that assists engineers in determining the position and direction of the wellbore.

Leak Off Test Data

Record leak off tests and formation integrity tests for selected Hole Sections.

Bulks Data

An ongoing inventory of bulk products used at the Rig.

Rig Activity, Notifications, Underbalanced / Air Drilling, Daily Equipment, Arrive / Depart Checklist.

Daily Workover Fluids Data

Track Oil, Water and Other fluids injected, produced and non-recoverable volumes, to determine the volume of fluids in tanks and fluids to be recovered.

Personnel Data

Track information on various operator and service companies and their employees presence at the well site.

Support Craft Data

Record support crafts arriving to or departing from the Site, as well as craft remaining on location over the duration of the day.

Valve Tests

Track tests performed on gas lift valves and sub-surface safety valves.

Logging Data

Purpose

BOP Data

Records information regarding the identity and properties of a blow out preventer used on a well site. BOP data is accessed by clicking the red BOP.

Hole Sections Data

• record wellbore geometry as drilled during construction of a Well

• record Drilling and Casing phase data used to derive lengths for Technical Limit performance rate calculations

• record "Open Hole" intervals used to draw the wellbore schematics in OpenWells and PROFILE

• record hole section data copied to WELLPLAN when creating an "OpenWells Case"

• parent FIT/LOT data entry, that is without a hole section in OpenWells FIT/LOT data cannot be entered

• and optionally auto-populate annular and string volumes on the Fluid Handling form.

BHA and Bit Data

Build the components that make up the BHA, including the drillstring and bit. In addition, this form also records operation performance information.

Coring Data

Record the lithological properties of any core or sidewall recovered for each run.

Gravel Pack Data

Captures information on the gravel pack operation and equipment, such as screen details, carrier fluid/sand and pumping parameters.

Perforation Data

Record all aspects for a perforation job from the initial well conditions to details for all perforation intervals, including the total number of shots.
