Drillstring Program Section

Well Planning Report

The Drillstring Program section is used to document the planned drillstring assembly and bit program designed to drill each hole section. Each planned drillstring may be sourced from a WELLPLAN™ software Case. If WELLPLAN software is used, the engineer may select Cases used to model drilling of each hole section. When a Case is selected, the string assembly for that case automatically populates the drillstring components list.

The Current Wellbore/Design picklist identifies the active wellbore/design for the data displayed in this section.

This section displays information for the wellbore/sidetrack selected in the Current Wellbore/Design picklist. Changing the selected wellbore/sidetrack updates the information displayed in the section.

Note: This section is read-only when the associated Design is locked or another application has the Design open.
