Production Equipment Failures
Reports
The Production Equipment Failures report is used to track production equipment failures so that these may be tracked, analyzed and brought back into production in an economically feasible manner. Production failure information may also be analyzed at a higher level to identify trends, efficient or inefficient completion equipment or methods with the main goal of increasing mean-time between failures ( MTBF).
This report is an intricate part of the OpenWells® Knowledge Management implementation to enable production engineers to perform Well Failure analysis to improve their operations.
