Wellhead Data
Interactive Well Site > Available Reports Data
The Wellhead form is used to capture information on the wellhead, including general properties, wellhead components, outlets and hangers. The date entered in this report allows for reporting of the Wellhead control and monitoring system.
Note: Information entered into the Wellhead report integrates with PROFILE™ software where a detailed Wellhead schematic may be drawn. Additionally, both OpenWells® and PROFILE software support the Wellhead library enabling planned and actual Wellhead descriptions to be transferred between applications.
Wellhead data can be recorded from the surface and subsurface Activities link.
The Wellhead report allows the user to add, review, modify and delete wellhead data on a daily basis.
The Wellhead report is organized into the following sections. Click a topic to view more information.
General - Record the general properties of the Wellhead including, operating conditions, inhibitors and coatings.
Components - Define each external piece of the wellhead, excluding hangers, sequentially, from bottom to top.
Hangers - Record information about the casing/tubing hangers, which are attached to the casing/tubing assembly and slipped into their respective spools/housing.
Remarks - Contains a memo field that allows free-form text entry.
