Paste Command
Edit > Paste
Use this command to paste (insert) the contents of the Windows Clipboard to the location currently selected. In order for this function to be effective, you must have cut or copied (saved) data to the Windows Clipboard.
This functionality can be used to paste text to any editable field in OpenWells® software or any other application.
To use the paste command:
Place the cursor where the contents of the clipboard will be inserted and follow the menu path: Edit > Paste
Shortcut Methods:
Select the item to be copied and click
or use the keyboard shortcut:
Ctrl+V.
The contents of the clipboard will appear where the cursor is placed.
