Password Expiry

EDM™ Administrators have the option to set an expiration on user passwords. This option is configured in the EDM Administration utility.

Starting 14 days prior to the password expiry, the user receives the following message each time they log in:

Click OK to change the password now or click Cancel to continue logging into the application.

Once  the password expires the user will receive the following message and must change their password:

Click OK.

The Change Password dialog appears.

Enter the current password in the Old Password field and your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
